Terms of Service

1. Scope

These terms govern the use of this application. It is a private, single-user internal tool operated by Polysoft Studios for its own workflows. It is not a public service, is not licensed or offered for use by any third party, and no account other than the operator’s own is supported.

2. Acceptable use

The application is used only on Google Accounts controlled by the operator and only in compliance with the Google APIs Terms of Service, the Google API Services User Data Policy (including the Limited Use requirements), and applicable law, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation.

3. No warranty

The application is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. It is an automation tool; outputs may contain errors and are reviewed before reliance.

4. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this application. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Irish or EU law.

5. Third-party services

The application interacts with the Google APIs listed in the Privacy Policy. Their availability, accuracy and terms are controlled by Google, not by the operator.

6. Changes and termination

The operator may modify or discontinue the application at any time. These terms may be updated, with the revised version published on this page and a new effective date.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the courts of Ireland have exclusive jurisdiction.
